Kathy is a 1992 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law and was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Kathy is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Kathy worked at a prominent personal injury law firm for nine years prior to joining O'Malley and Magley. Her practice specialized in representing individuals who were injured as a result of automobile accidents, dangerous premises, use of defect products, medical malpractice and breach of contract. Kathy has excellent research and writing skills. She regularly serves as an arbitrator with the Common Pleas of Allegheny County.
